    One of the better LCBO stores with much more premium collection. We were in to get a mimosa and after trying 3 different stores found it here.

    Normally I wouldn't rate a store like this because, well it's the liquor store and everything is black and white but in this case I thought it would be good for people to hear how caring the employees were to a customer, they went above and beyond to help a customer with a disability and I was so impressed by them. Kudos to the hiring manager for getting not just good workers but caring ones as well!

    Ali was so friendly and helpful. He never stopped looking for the wine I was looking for as scanner said they had 10 but not on shelf. He wouldn’t give up. Thankyou so much. His coworker needs to be more pleasant when he asks a question.

    The staff they are awesome always willing to help. But if I'm buying for me I'm always asking them for ideas because it's been so long they don't make it any more I like coolers that aren't too sweet. I also like southern comfort with orange crush pop but that's few an far between. The store is always clean an very rarely busy at least when I'm in there. The staff know or try to get to know all their customers nice big spacious isles I haven't brooken any thing in my wheelchair.

    The manager and the person working behind the till were so nice. I called in advance because I was looking for three specific things that not all LCBOs carry and they put them aside for me in the office and I didn’t even have to wait in line when I arrived. My husband called me while I was in line and asked me to pick up a nice aged rum and the manager went and grabbed it for me while I was at the counter. He then offered to help me bring everything out to the car. Great service.

    The manager Francesca and Bob are the sweetest, so helpful and thoughtful and I’ll definitely be supporting them at this location. We need more customer service professionals like they are. An absolute delight to be in their presence.

    My Fiance and I came in to look for a gift for my brother-in-law today. The associate, Dean, was extremely helpful. He led us to all isles where they kept my brother-in-laws favourite drinks. He was extremely helpful and patient with all the questions we had. Thank you Dean for making this shopping experience wonderful!
